VDownloader is a free download manager that really packs a punch. It has everything you'd expect from a video downloader, plus a few handy features. It even functions as a music downloader as well! You can simply paste the url address of the site that contains the video into a box, and click on the download button. One very simple but extremely useful feature is that when you copy a url from a browser, as though you are planning to paste it into VDownloader, it magically appears in the url bar on its own. This saves you another step and makes it much easier to expand your music and video library. You can save files in several formats, including mp3 or mp4, or even one simply labeled ipod/iphone-compatible.
You also can download in a different way. You can open a complete browser in VDownloader and find the website you want. Then simply pick your file type, click on the "Download", and boom, you've got that music video you've always wanted.
If neither of those methods is easy enough for you, there is even another way. If you click on the search tab, you can search the most popular video sites, including Youtube, at the same time and directly from VDownloader.
VDownloader is an extremely useful addition to any computer, and I recommend it to anyone of any technical skill level. |
